Will this get my security deposit back?
We can't guarantee a specific landlord's checklist, but we clean to the standard most Lexington property managers expect: empty home, inside cabinets, oven and fridge, baseboards, and floors. If something's missed, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Do you clean before we move in?
Yes. A move-in clean makes the new place yours: inside cabinets and closets, appliances, floors, and a fresh finish before the boxes arrive. Book both ends and we'll coordinate the timing.
How far in advance should I book a move-out clean?
Three to five days is ideal, especially at the end of the month when move-out cleans fill up fast. We do offer same-week availability in most cases.
