A move-out clean is an empty-home deep clean: inside cabinets, oven and fridge, baseboards, and floors. Most Lexington property managers expect the home clean to a walkthrough standard, and this is the checklist we clean to.

We clean an empty home top to bottom, room by room. Here is what a complete move-out clean covers.
- Kitchen: inside oven and fridge, inside cabinets and drawers, sink, stovetop, backsplash
- Bathrooms: toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, inside vanities, floors
- All floors vacuumed and mopped, including under appliances
- Baseboards, trim, light fixtures, and switch plates
- Walls spot-cleaned for scuffs and marks
- Windows, sills, and tracks
- Garage sweep on request
How to protect your deposit
No cleaner can guarantee a specific landlord's checklist, and anyone who promises that is overselling. What works is cleaning to the standard the property manager expects, then photographing the empty rooms before you hand over the keys. If something is missed, we come back and fix it at no charge.
When to book
Three to five days out is ideal, and it matters more at the end of the month when move-out cleans fill up fast. We can usually accommodate same-week and next-day requests, but the last week of the month is the one time to book ahead.
