Used as directed, professional cleaning products are safe once surfaces are dry. For homes with pets, kids, or sensitivities, tell us when you book and we will use fragrance-free products or the products you already trust.

The key is that surfaces are wiped or rinsed and left to dry, which removes any residue. We use products at their recommended dilution, ventilate as we work, and never leave wet product sitting on a surface a child or pet might touch. By the time you walk through, everything is dry and safe.
For homes with pets and kids
If you have a crawling baby, a pet that licks the floor, or anyone with allergies, say so at booking. We will use fragrance-free products or your preferred products instead, at no extra charge. Floors, in particular, get extra attention in pet households, where hair and dander collect fastest.
Allergies and sensitivities
Fragrance is the most common trigger, so we keep fragrance-free options on hand. If a specific product has caused a reaction in the past, tell us and we will work around it. The goal is a clean home that is also comfortable to live in.

Are your products safe around a crawling baby?
Yes. Surfaces are left dry, which removes residue. If you want extra assurance, we will use fragrance-free or your own products at no extra charge.
Do you use bleach?
Only when a surface calls for it, and always diluted and rinsed. If you prefer no bleach in your home, tell us and we will use an alternative.
What if a pet has allergies?
